Ribbon Blenders

		Ribbon blenders constructed with solid 'U' trough fitted with double helical agitator provide effective mix of different powder and liquid materials. The design of the blender ensures complete mix of all the particles leaving no unmixed spots. The requirement of ribbon blender is found in most of the industries ranging from Pharma, foods, cosmetics, pesticides, chemical industries. The blender is constructed with 'U' trough made of SS/MS material. Ribbon profiles of different types are constructed in the main shaft to provide thorough mixing. Design of ribbon profiles depends upon the product requirements. Forward and reverse helix continuous ribbons provide gentle mixing. Top of the blender will be covered with SS sheets or Polycarbonate windows. End seals are glanded or mechanically sealed. Bottom discharge is made of knife edge gate valves or Shutters or ball valves based on the product requirement. The discharge may be directly connected with screw conveyors for further applications like filling or grinding.
