Plough Shear Mixer

- Plough shear mixer is used to mix solid and liquid constituents effectively to a homogenous mass leaving away no unmixed lumps.
- Main cylindrical shell consists of heavy duty shaft with series of plough kept at equal spacing.
- Choppers are mounted at the bottom of the shell in between the plough. Multiple number of choppers are placed depending upon the design of the mixer.
- The plough shaft creates up and down circular movement of materials and the choppers with its high speed shear force disintegrate the lumps.

- Discharge door is kept at the bottom which may be operated mechanically or pneumatically.
- Jacketing of the main cylindrical shell with insulation is supplied depending upon the customer requirements.
